Peak Training lets you delete your account and the data we hold about you. This page explains how. Opening it does not delete anything.
In the app
If you can still sign in, delete your account from Account Settings. You can also delete individual uploads in the app without waiting on email.
Email us
If you cannot use Account Settings, email privacy@peaktraining.ai. If that address is unavailable, use support@peaktraining.ai. Include the account the request is for and what you want deleted.
Instagram and Facebook Login
Deletion includes data we received through Instagram or Facebook Login — posts you shared with us, your profile photo, your Instagram user id, and associated tokens.
Parents and guardians
A parent or guardian can request deletion of a child's information under the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), including for athletes under 13. Email privacy@peaktraining.ai.
How we handle requests
We will verify your identity before acting on a request and respond within the time frames required by applicable law. Retention details — including backup and video-analysis windows — are in our Privacy Policy.
