Offensive line film study — fronts and schemes
Film study guides for offensive linemen covering 3-4, 4-3, even, odd, bear fronts, blitz tells, and run-game schemes.
Film study for offensive linemen is about reading the front and identifying the protection or run scheme that fits. The line that calls the right protection at the line of scrimmage gives the quarterback the time to throw; the line that gets the call wrong gives up sacks regardless of physical talent.
How to use this library
Front identification first — 3-4 vs 4-3, even vs odd, bear fronts, and the variations each defensive coordinator uses. Then blitz tells: linebacker depth, safety rotation, defensive back alignment. Run-game schemes come third, with each lineman’s assignment shown for inside zone, outside zone, power, counter, and gap schemes.
Each guide identifies the visual triggers and the corresponding line call. Watch your own film with these triggers in mind and you will see communication breakdowns drop measurably within a few games.
